It’s a tough time right now. Companies are trying to navigate their way back to sustainable business. There is a new way of working which appears to be evolving, a new way of doing business, and employees are having more of a say on what this new way will be.

It may just be the right time to figure out how to make changes to your company culture so you support not only your customers but also the people who make the company work each and every day – your employees.

It was great opportunity to be able to get  Karin Hurt, CEO of We Grow Leaders, to come and talk about how she helps leaders achieve breakthrough results, build courageous cultures, and support their people, all without losing their soul!

We touch on several areas from toxic cultures which stifle engagement across the company to examples of leaders who are really taking a different approach and engaging with all their staff to build a new company.

Customers, employees, and other businesses have watched over the last 5-6 months on how leaders have behaved. What they have done to help and lead their people to a new way of working.
