How To Create A Miracle Morning
Which Works for You
Have you tried to create a monring routine and it just didn’t work? Were you inspired by Hal Elrod’s book “The Miracle Morning” but just couldn’t put it into practice? Then this episode is just for you.
As a change and habit coach I ask clients about their morning routines.
How to they start their day.
What do they do to prime their day to make the most of it.
How much energy do they have at the start of day and as they go through to the evening.
Most of us don’t think about how to start the day – neither did I for a long time. It’s usually long, busy, frustrating, with lost of things to do and more demands added each day. We will wake up and fall into the unconscious habits and routines of waking up, getting ready, having something to eat – hopefully – and then straight to work. Whether that means a commute into the workplace or slipping behind your desk at home and gettimg started.
You have probably read or heard about morning routines and even Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning. If you haven’t read his book it’s worth picking up and spending some time going through it.
Regardless, in this episode with my guest Sarah Cooper, we go through the key principles of the book namely the acronym S.A.V.E.R.S. Which breaks down into the following areas:
- Visualisation (Visualization for my US friends!)
Sarah was on day 45 of a self imposed 90 day challenge when we recorded this episode. She had read the book a while ago and had dabbled with morning routines but fallen back to old habits. Which happens to us all!
Changes in her life meant she wanted to make the most of the opportunities ahead of her and give the best to her family. Running an online health and well being business Sarah talks through how she started her Miracle Morning routine and what’s worked to keep her going each day. Consistently!
Plenty of tips, advice, and guidance in the podcast to help you create a morning routine for you and make it work.
