The 3 Month Programme
This is a great way to start for most clients, particularly if this will be your first time working with a coach. The focus will be to get you to an agreed place in the 3 months.
We will define and create a number of habits which will help in moving you towards your goal for the 3 months.
We will also establish some routines to keep you moving forward after the 3 month programme.
The programme will involve:
- 2 Coaching session each month. Each session lasting 60 minutes.
- 2 Catch-up messages each month to check-in how you are doing with your agreed tasks. These will be through email, text, social media messaging (WhatsApp etc.), depending on what works best for you.
- The first session will be a little longer, around 90 minutes. This will allow time to get some background and establish a realistic and challenging goal for the 3 months. It’s also an opportunity to answer further questions you may have about the coaching process.
For a typical coaching month the sessions will run as follows:
Week 1 – Full 60 minute coaching session (First session will be 90 minutes)
Week 2 – Catch up message and check-in on progress
Week 3 – Full 60 minute coaching session
Week 4 – Catch up message and check-in on progress
